The Man in question , Mathias Amunde was tracked by police to a shrine a day ago where he went for money ritu∆l with his mother, Mrs Amunde’s hair and arrested.
At the moment, the suspect and the native doctor are cooling off at the Obudu Divisional Police Headquarters.
